Nessentials currently ships products exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside India may be declined or cancelled at our sole discretion.

All orders are subject to product availability, payment verification, and acceptance by Nessentials.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen operational interruptions.

Nessentials reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Estimated delivery timelines are approximately 5–12 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier operations.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and shall not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.

Nessentials shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Events beyond reasonable control


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Nessentials currently provides free standard shipping within India, unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns or special conditions.

We reserve the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.


5. ORDER TRACKING

7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery services may be offered on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes only.

Nessentials reserves the absolute right to:

  • Request prepaid payment methods
    without prior notice.


8. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Deliveries may not be available to certain remote or restricted locations due to logistical limitations.

Nessentials reserves the right to decline shipment to any location deemed non-serviceable by our courier partners.


9. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Nessentials pass to the customer upon successful handover of the shipment to the designated courier or logistics provider.


10. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Nessentials does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free shipping services.
